All orders placed on www.withn.in are shipped from New Delhi, India. Orders are processed only after complete payment is received. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed. Please review this email for sizing and address details, and contact us within 24 hours for any changes. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order is packed and ready for pickup.

Since we only make on order, the gap between the email communications may be long. The typical dispatch time for domestic orders is 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Any delays will be communicated via email.

If your area pin code is classified as a remote area, your order may take longer to be delivered. Custom-made orders, pre-orders, international orders (outside India), and orders placed during a Sale period may take 03-04 weeks to be dispatched. In case you want your order urgently, please write to us at hello@withn.in to discuss the best available solution. We will not be responsible for delay in delivery if we haven’t been notified of the timeline in advance, ideally at the time of placing the order.

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 for all orders shipped within India. For orders above ₹10,000, domestic shipping is complimentary. Express shipping charges start at ₹350. Flat shipping charges apply for international orders, varying across different countries. The charge will apply automatically at check-out. If your order entails additional shipping, the same will be communicated to you via e-mail. Your order will be processed only once the balance shipping charges are cleared.

Other points to note:

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option
Multiple orders placed by the same client in a short time frame will be shipped together
Delivery is attempted a couple of times before the shipment is returned to us. In case the client is unavailable to receive the order, they would have to pay the standard shipping charges again
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address
The delivery timeline is indicative and while every effort is made to ensure that orders are delivered within the stipulated time, this cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to Force Majeure events
For deliveries outside India, customs duties, import duties and local taxes have to be borne by customers where applicable
Once the package has left India, we cannot retrieve it. If the package is held by the custom authorities of the destination country, the customer will need to reach out to the concerned office directly to clear the package
We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes
