At ‘with N.’, all our garments are woven on handlooms across different parts of India. These textiles may bear irregularities since they are woven by hand, and cannot be even throughout. These variations are not to be treated as defects, and are in fact, an indication of the textile being handwoven. Similarly, with natural dyes, the colour will not be even throughout the textile, and small variations only add character!
We take care to check each item before sending it out to you to ensure you get a product of the highest quality. We also encourage you to clear doubts, if any, regarding the size so you get the fit right the very first time. Small actions like these go a long way in ensuring you limit your carbon footprint by not initiating multiple shipments in exchanging the garment. We also leave margins in most of our garments so we encourage you to have them altered locally when possible.

Returns
We do not accept returns– domestic or international– unless you have been sent a defective or incorrect product. In case it happens, please write to us at hello@withn.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Exchange
- We only accept exchanges in case of size issues
- All exchange requests must be initiated within 07 days of receiving the product
- In case you have received a defective or incorrect product, please email us an image explaining the same, within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
- Please email us at hello@withn.in to initiate the exchange
- Reverse shipping charges between ₹250-₹300 will apply in case of an exchange. These will not apply if you have been sent the wrong product or size from our end
- Minimum charges may apply in case you want to make alterations to your garment
- No exchange or returns in case of custom-made products
- You can exchange an order only once
- Please keep the tags intact along with the original packaging when sending the product(s) back
- The fresh piece will only be sent after we have received the previous product, and checked it for quality
- Standard delivery timeline will apply to exchange orders as well
- No exchange on international orders
- No exchange on Sale orders
Cancellation
Since we are a made-to-order brand, we do not accept cancellations. If for some reason, the customer does not want the product, we offer a store credit of the same amount to be used for their next purchase, unless the product has already been processed.
Refund
We only issue refunds in case of an unfulfilled order. In all the other scenarios, one of the above-mentioned cases will be applicable. In case of any queries, please connect with us via email.
Sale items, international orders, and custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange, return, or cancellation. We strongly recommend customers be certain before placing an order.
